Does the NCH Software do this? The switch sound converter?

I believe Super Copyright can do it.

Also, Itunes can do it.

I also believe the converter component of the latest version of Foobar 2000, think it is 0.9.6.3 can do this, the problem is that the interface of that version is terrible and not accessible compared to pre 0.9.6 versions, that is my favorite audio player, and plays m4a and Winamp files as well, Ogg and all the other formats, so I don't have to worry too much about the format of the files on my pc.

I just use the Klango media player. no point using other programs when I've already got one that does a good job.

I won't bother describing this program, preferring to give you a link to the product's page instead.

Hey, I just did it with switch. Worked like a charm and I don't have the plus version.

Good luck to ya!

Don't know if this applies to anyone else, but the Save-As feature of Wave-Pad converts between the formats it supports including m4a. I've converted lots of those weird formats to mp3 just by selecting the mp3 option in Save-as. And this is with the free version of Wave-Pad. Hope this helps.
